Psalm 141:3 ( NIV ) Set a guard over my mouth , LORD ; keep watch over the door of my lips .
Today , I am asking the Lord to guard my conversation , to watch over my words , the tone of my words and everything that comes out of my mouth . I need His Holy Spirit to help me to always be encouraging , building up the people around me , and never to tear down .
“ Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight , O LORD , my strength and my Redeemer ” ( Psalm 19:14 ). Thank You for Your Holy Spirit who will help me today to speak words of life . In Jesus ’ Name , AMEN .
