Tallassee Volleyball Team Hosts Breast Cancer Fundraiser Breast Cancer Awareness Month is nothing new to the Tallassee Volleyball Program! On October 3rd, the Lady Tigers hosted their 6th annual Dig Pink Match. Each year these ladies raise awareness by selling T-shirts in the community, hosting a Dig Pink “Pink Out” Match, and taking donations. All proceeds are then graciously given to The Side-Out Foundation. Each year brings a new goal for the Lady Tigers; this year they set the goal of $2,500.00. The Lady Tigers, through hard work and dedication, were able to achieve and surpass this goal by raising a total of $2,734.00. The Tigers never back down to the challenge they set for themselves. Over the past 6 years, The Tigers have met their goal and raised $11,267.57. What an amazing achievement for a cause that effects the lives of so many! Coaches Katie Hayley & Sarah Hughes and the Lady Tigers challenge you to do your part by finding your own way to help “Just Cure It.” PREMIER PROGRAM 1:1 individualized, comprehensive instruction · Designed around each student’s strengths and weaknesses · Starts with a full-length practice exam · Initial and follow-up parent conferences 32-HOUR PROGRAM 1:1 individualized instruction in all subject areas · SAT subjects include Reading, Writing and Language, and Math · ACT subjects include Enligsh, Math, Reading, HUNTINGTON ACT & SAT TEST PREP CENTER and Science 14-HOUR PROGRAM 1:1 individualized instruction one subject · SAT subjects include Reading, Writing and Language, or Math · ACT subjects include Enligsh, Math, Reading, or Science 1.800.CAN.LEARN HuntingtonHelps.com L20 | Winter 2016 www.potentialmagazine.com HLC2935
