Dora is extremely dedicated to everything she ’ s involved in , no matter what it may be . She has held a place on MA ’ s High Honor Roll for five years , and is a member of several honor societies , including Spanish Honor Society and National Honor Society . Outside of school , Dora is a member of a plethora of teams and clubs , and has donated her time in volunteer service since the seventh grade . She holds leadership positions in everything from Varsity Soccer to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes . Dora credits her brother with inspiring her to take the lead and persevere . She shares , “ My brother has always been tough , but when he fractured one of his vertebrae , his strength in the face of adversity influenced me greatly . He maintained a positive attitude through it all and showed me the importance of resilience . He inspires me every day .”
