Honorable Mention - Youngho Kwon First Place - Zoe Sparks Creativity Flows from Prattville High School Prattville High School represented Autauga County at the State Superintendent’s Visual Arts Exhibit Awards Luncheon on February 9th. ACA Hosts Red Cross Blood Drive On Wednesday, January 25, 2017 the Alabama Christian Academy chapter of the National Honor Society held its annual blood drive. This year ACA continued its legacy of serving the community by collecting 118 units of blood through the Red Cross Blood Drive. ACA consistently has the largest blood drive through the Red Cross of any private high school in the state. Last year 131 units of blood were collected. Over 80 high school students, 25 faculty and staff members, friends and family came to donate. Donors must be at least 16 years old and meet height and weight requirements. If you are interested in donating, contact your local Red Cross for upcoming blood drives near you. Autauga County BOE Recognizes Outstanding ACT Scores The last few years, the Autauga County School Board has recognized local seniors for scoring a 30 or higher on the ACT. This January and February, twenty-four Prattville High School students and their families were sent special invitations to be reconized at the School Board meeting.
