School’s Out for the Summer (almost there!!)
Time to cut back and cut loose from our school
schedules – wahoo! Oh, but wait…baseball games,
football practice, band camp, work schedules…
okay, not as carefree as I’d like but, hey, at
least there’s no homework and we can sleep in a
few more mornings!

Summers seem to be the break before beginning
the next phase in life – high school, senior year,
college….let’s make this a summer filled with fun
family memories. The Mashburns are focusing
on career exploration since no one seems to know
what they want to be when they grow up (who does at 17?!) The extensive camp
listings are a great way for your kids to learn about different options and do a “trial
run”- I hope you find it helpful and that you’ll be able to incorporate some of these
wonderful opportunities into your summer without adding stress!
Please share any tips you have –We’re all in in this together!
