Evangel Students Accepting a Challenge - and Succeeding
When Principal Ceil Sikes challenged the student body of Evangel Christian Academy for the annual AISA Can-a-thon , they truly took her words to heart . Mrs . Sikes set the bar high , and the students rose to the occasion . Over 1000 items were turned in by students of all ages and grades . These items are restocking the shelves of local food banks to assist in the AISA mission as well as the ECA mission of being part of a larger community and demonstrating compassion and generosity for others .
