how it began
Eboni loves to dance. She was enrolled in the Alabama Dance
Theatre (ADT) at the age of four, and she has not stopped moving her feet since. In 2012, she even had the special opportunity
to go Canada with ADT, and she now works as a dance instructor for the YMCA. In addition to dancing, Erica enjoys giving
back to her community. She volunteers at the Salvation Army,
American Cancer Society, and Montgomery Zoo.
Whether it’s dancing her heart out or serving others, Eboni
has a desire to succeed in everything she does. What’s her secret to success? “My grandmother always instilled in me to put
God first in everything I do. She advises me to be humble and
remember where my blessings come from,” said Eboni.
what’s next
Eboni plans on majoring in Computer Engineering after she
graduates this year.
PG (parental guidance) rating

that she demonstrates every day motivates me to make good
decisions. I was always taught to strive for excellence...She
told me to be kind to others and to stay focused on what will
ultimately make me successful.”
