With a dad who was once the mayor of Montgomery
and is also a retired U.S. Congressman and a mom
who was a district judge, it’s fair to say that public
service is in Katie’s blood. No surprise that her
childhood dream was to become president of the
United States. In fact, she still harbors that dream
today. “Both of my parents have true servant hearts,
and through their political positions were able to help
those around them, and nothing would make me
happier than to have the same opportunity one day,”
she said.
