College doesn’t have to be expensive
My son just had a huge wakeup call—College
costs money…a…lot…of money! We haven’t
had the meeting about finances yet—But we’ve
started making the comments like “better start
saving,” and “let’s look at this college—You can
get more scholarships.” We’ve delayed having
the meeting because frankly, we’re not sure
how much the cost is really going to be (and
how much we will need to contribute), BUT as
his senior year is upon us, we are researching
and here’s what we are finding:

• There are a lot of great colleges.
• Great colleges with great college experiences can be affordable.
• A college degree does not guarantee a career…or a job.
• Being in debt stinks.
Stay tuned…the challenge to find the perfect fit is on!
