T
he change in the air was evident as I entered the parish of St. Phillip. As I took the
corner just before “The Crane” I was hit by the sea breeze, and the salty smell in the
air that wafted through my car. Moments later I was politely greeted by a stately looking
guard at the classically elegant gates of “The Crane”. I was ushered through the imposing
