Alex Cole taking Uday Kalaan to task
After all the activity of the opening chukker,
the second chukker was relatively quiet with
only one goal scored by either side, both on
penalties, for Chavez this took his goal tally to
four. The initial tempo of the game changed with a
number of failed opportunities by both teams as
their final touches let them down. Cole changed
the tide again when he found fellow 2 goal
player Adam Deane from the right hand side of
the Haryana goal. Deane raced away from his
opponents to finish off the play with a sliced
back hand shot that increased the Mango Bay
Barbados team advantage to 5½-2.
Cole who continued to play well throughout
the game was rewarded in the third chukker for
his efforts. In what looked a bit like a scene from
a comedy sketch, he was able to pick up a ball
which everyone, including his team mates had
swung at and missed. Cole ran away from deep
