Raw juice bar has and they are passionate about taking these and other fresh and nutrient-rich fruit and vegetables, pummeling them and making them into healthy and delicious juices, smoothies, treats and meals. A relative newcomer on the Bajan scene, Raw Juice Bar, located in Quayside Centre on the South Coast, is already developing quite a fan base for its nutrient-dense juice and shot bar and clean eats; the highlights of which are its cold-pressed juices and smoothies. Some of the favorites include “Shades of Green”, a sweet yet tangy fusion of kiwi, broccoli, cucumber, kale and apple. Another delicious option is the “Chocolate Lovers” smoothie, which is a delicious combination of banana, strawberries, hemp protein, flax seed and dark chocolate almond milk. “Live Life Balanced!” is the philosophy behind owners, Sophie & Jake Corbin’s healthy and sensible approach to nutrition. Jake says that his favorite thing about the bar is “walking in and smelling the goodness of the fresh fruit.” The store offers a grab-and-go fridge with healthy meals such as the Feta Cranberry Lentil salad and the famous Zoodles, which is a pasta made of slivers of zucchini noodles with cashew sauce, full of protein and fibre. There are also a variety of acai smoothie bowls and parfaits that have attracted a loyal following from the breakfast crowd. These are an affordable option for daily dining.
