Huge bunches of silk flowers are placed around the store while a
very real and treasured live Olive tree pays homage to the symbolic
nature of its presence and importance to this region of France. Yes
the tree did make the long journey all the way from France to Barbados!
Naturally cuisine is a source of great pride to the French and La
Suite has seamlessly incorporated Café La Suite within the store.
The seating in the Café is a chic mix of vintage French garden
salon furniture and reproductions of fine antiques designed
by Guillaume. Open-air seating is also available in the courtyard
between Un Dimanche à Paris and La Suite stores; an area
transformed into a French garden.
The finest teas by Mariage Frères and gourmet coffees are the
perfect ‘pick me up’ any time of day, perhaps accompanied by a
macaroon, while the lunch menu is a reflection of the finest daily fresh
ingredients sourced by Jeremy the French Chef! An amuse-bouche,
compliments of the house, is proffered followed by your choice from
the daily blackboard menu; risotto, salads and tartines (an open

with avocado and asparagus, Jeremy is also pleased to prepare
special dietary requests such as vegetarian or gluten free and the
crudités plate is also a popular choice served with a trio of dips. The
perfect accompaniment is a cold glass of the award winning wine
from Château Léoube. The Rose de Léoube is clear and delicate
with a fresh nose of a blend of exotic fruits and light spice flavours.
