without a compressed belly. I also love t-shirts and long cardigans that allow me to feel free without appearing sloppy. I think fashion brands, even large brands such as Givenchy and Moschino now understand that it is not a great idea to “suffer” for fashion. Everyone wants to dress well and be comfortable. If you could reach the ears of menswear fashion designers, what would you want them to know about designing for plusmodelmag.com 6.16 #plusmodelmag inspiration + style plus size men? They must invest in design! They have to go outside of what they know and have learned in the past of what is considered “standard” in the design of a t-shirt, a jacket or trousers. They have to experiment and design for different proportions of the body. This will really offer more creativity in their designs. Solely creating fashion in sample sizes only serves to hinder fashion and limit the possibilities. Change is good. As fashion changes every season, design should as well. The real revolution is to look beyond, and plus-size men are just the perfect opportunity to do this. I think that using more plus size women and male models could give fashion a great renewal, not only for avant-garde fashion but for the everyday clothing as well.
