Happy Anniversary!
FFFWeek and The CurvyCon made NYC buzz during the month of June. Plus
size women from all over the world enjoyed fashion, blogger events and
something that is never actually mentioned but is always present: UNITY.

For me, this has to be THE MOST enjoyable part of attending these events.
Yes, it’s nice to network with clients or moderate an amazing panel (thanks,
Cece and Chastity!) but there is nothing more meaningful than to embrace
someone you have only seen via social media but have
connected personally with over the years.

Many things happen in our lives from day to day, and the same is true for
the plus size industry. Sometimes in our quest to find ourselves and follow
our path, we lose sight of our purpose and how this industry
is more than just about fashion, it’s a movement.
