wear powder with foundation depending on a couple of things:
1.
Your foundation has a matte finish
2.
You typically have dry skin
3.
You are looking for a dewy finish
In these cases, you don’t have to set your foundation with powder. If you have a
shiny t-zone, you may want to add a touch to those areas.
