Did you ever expect the ESPN cover to generate such a viral response? Definitely not! I actually thought my picture was going to be in the back near the ads - I didn’t know I was going to be on the cover! How do you feel about all the attention that the cover has generated? I’m just so happy that society is now starting to view women as actual women. It was not my idea to pose naked but I am not ashamed of the human body. We have all seen these body parts, so what’s the big deal with showing them off? We see plenty of skin out in Las Vegas, and I am happy for those women who are showing it! What advice do you have for people who are not as comfortable as you are with their bodies? Surround yourself with people that love you and be happy and confident with who you are; once you accept yourself, then that’s all that matters. If someone doesn’t like how you look, then they can kick sticks! How did you learn to embrace your body? I grew up in a household where I was taught that you shouldn’t judge a person because they carry extra weight and to view people as human beings, not objects. We should all strive to live a fit and healthy life and not be concerned with our shape or size.
