industry: e-commerce, runway and print. I love high fashion and
believe that haute couture can come in sizes greater than a 6. So I
guess my perfect campaign would be something more on the high
fashion end. Let me dream here a little bit..... a Tom Ford plus
campaign!

What are your dreams, desires and goals as a plus model?
Currently, I am a freelance model so my main goal is to get steady
work and eventually signed! I’m hoping to get the opportunity to
get my “stiletto in the door” and land some campaigns from both
small and large companies so that I can represent plus size women
all over! I also want to be embraced with open arms by the plus
community. It seems to be a community full of loving, strong and
beautiful women supporting one another.

What can we look forward to you doing in the next year?
I am going to continue working hard to get my face introduced to the
world and one day the name Alissa Maree will become recognizable
within the plus community; I’m speaking it into existence! 

Name your favorite store to shop for curvy clothes in your
hometown.
I used to love this boutique called Fresh Ayer that was located right
outside of Philly in Wayne, Pennsylvania, but since they closed I
have yet to find a local spot. Of course, I frequent the staples such
as Nordstrom and H&M but I also do a majority of my shopping
online at places like ASOS, which has an awesome plus department!
