(Q) I’ve been doing everything that I have read,
but I’m still not a working model and I think I
should give up.

(A) I would never want to dismiss anyone’s dream
of becoming a model. There are local models,
professional working models and super models.
There are also fit models, parts models, showroom
models and then there are so many people in the
industry that are not models, but just as amazing
and important. Before you make any decisions ask
yourself... Why do I want to be a model? Is there
something else that I could be doing that would
benefit the industry and would be satisfying to
me? If I decide to walk away from “modeling” will
I have peace of mind that I have tried everything?

Modeling is a business, if you are serious about
modeling expect to invest time, money and effort
just as if you were studying to be in any other field.
READ everything you can get your hands on,
research the industry and most of all be gracious
and kind with everyone you meet. You never know
how that person may be able to lend you a helping
hand in the future.
