(A) There are girls that have been scouted walking
through a mall or after they send in a snap shot.
This is not the case most of the time. You are more
likely to get signed if you have a good portfolio
than if you are absolutely new and need to be
developed. This does not mean agencies do not

(A) If you do not understand the contract given
to you, I highly suggest going to a lawyer and
having them explain the fine print. Is this agency
your “mother” agency? Will you be able to get
signed by other agencies overseas while being
represented with this agency? Does this agency
continue to receive a percentage of your work if I
decide to leave the agency? These are just some of
the questions you should be asking. It’s worth it
to have legal advice, it can save you from difficult
situations in the future.
