Pope John Paul II High School (PJP) is a student-focused center of academic excellence, rigorously preparing young people to be contributing members of the global community. Our school community is often described as a family, where new students are able to feel quickly at home by the most welcoming and spirited student body in the region. The PJP faculty is caring and nurturing, and we set high ethical and academic expectations of the students. We boast small class sizes in a state-of-the art facility, while integrating the latest technology in all that we do. PJP assists in the formation of Catholic students to be full and practicing members of the Church, while recognizing and respecting the diversity of our student body, which consists of various faiths and cultural backgrounds. We challenge all of our students to be servant leaders who will make an impact on their local communities and the world. PJP opened in 2010 and is the Philadelphia area’s first new Catholic high school and school community in 43 years. There are more than 12,000 students at 17 high schools operated by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, and PJP has the capacity to educate 1,200 students. We are well positioned for growth in beautiful Royersford, PA, and we invite you and your family to come and grow with us!
