Plastics Ltd provides total precision injection
moulding & engineering solutions, from
conceptual design, proto-types, to
mainstream production. With the latest technologies in the
manufacture and assembly of injection moulded products we
supply a wide range of industries ranging from Agriculture,
Medical, Electro-Mechanical, Electrical and the MOD.
Having a huge wealth of experience and knowledge for the
different products we manufacture we process a variety of
engineering polymers such as PVC, GF Nylons, Polypropylene,
Acetals. TPE, ABS and many more.
In our mouldshop we have 18 injection moulding machines
ranging from 7 – 200 tonne, of which we can mould anything
from a fraction of a gram up to approx. 650g.
S&S Plastics have an in-house fully operational tool room and
design service that is available to all customers. This gives us
huge benefits, such as reduced down time on tool repairs, top
quality new tooling and direct input with the customer on
design of both the tool and the components. We have also
developed a network of Chinese tool manufacturers to improve
our offering and keep our pricing competitive when capacity
demands it.
We are ISO accredited, with ISO 9001:2008 and the medical
accreditation ISO 13485:2003. All our staff are responsible for
quality, ensuring the components are manufactured to the
standard of the initial first off.
