Northern Manufacturing showcases process industry engineering The Northern Manufacturing & Electronics Show returns to Manchester’s EventCity from September 30th to 1st October 2015. Now in its third year, the show brings together a blend of regional companies and world-class manufacturers under one roof, creating a show with a particular resonance with the North’s substantial process engineering activities S ituated in the heart of Manchester, the show has quickly become established as the most important in the North for engineering and manufacturing. As well as the region’s hugely important aerospace, automotive and public transportation manufacturing industry, the North is also a key area for Food & Beverage and Pharmabio processing. Consequently, many of the suppliers exhibiting at EventCity have particular expertise in this area. Some of the more recognisable names exhibiting include Kuka Robotics, BAE Systems, igus UK, Kabelschlepp Metool, Olympus and Nikon. They are joined by hundreds of other suppliers, ranging from electronic components, sensors, displays and machine safety hardware vendors, to fasteners, hydraulic couplings, springs and power transmission components.
