even under the eyes, helps the makeup last (6). Then Jeffre tapped luminizer (7)
around the high cheekbone, brow bone and bridge of the nose to give the face a
soft glow. Adding radiance is both youthful (full-on matte makeup can be aging)
and natural. Next came bronzer (8) to warm the complexion and neck area, since
the face and neck are naturally lighter than the rest of your body, and a quick pop
of rose blush (9) high on the cheek for added color.
