For Blair’s look, Jeffre began with a sheer wash of a
tinted moisturizer (1) applied with a lightly dampened
BeautyBlender (2). “Sheer, natural and fast,” is how
Jeffre described this multi-benefit product. Concealer
(3), chock-full of skin plumping hylauronic acid and
mineral pigments, was applied with a brush (4) under
the eyes, next to the nose, and in the inner corners of
the eyes to brighten the whole face.
