FOOD + ENTERTAINING SALSA Made famous by Scott Davis. 3 tomatoes 1 onion, quartered 2 jalapeños, halved, seeds removed 1 habanero, seeds removed (very spicy, if you prefer less heat use half) 2 cloves garlic Juice of one lime Cilantro Broil tomatoes, onion and peppers until skin splits on tomatoes and skin is charred on peppers. Put tomatoes and peppers in a zipper bag or bowl with plate covering to let them steam for easier skin removal. Puree all the ingredients in a food processor. Add lime juice and handful of cilantro, pulse and serve.
