No excuses! Four exercises you can do anywhere WRITTEN BY Daniel Ancheta Not exercising? There are so many ways we try to justify skipping it. And I’ve heard every excuse. “I don’t have time to get to the gym!” You don’t have to go to a gym. “I just have too many things going on.” So you must not have time to watch TV or to surf the Internet either. “When you have kids, you just don’t have time.” Use your kids as weights. They will love it! (But, seriously, don’t do this. It can be dangerous.) “It’s just not convenient for me right now.” Exercise is a necessity if living a healthy life is important to you. But the truth is, you just can’t motivate yourself to exercise. Rather than dive into a discussion of motivation and goals, I’m going to dispel the notion that you don’t have anywhere to workout.
