FOOD + ENTERTAINING CHAMOMILE HONEY AND WHISKEY COCKTAIL Serves 4 6 chamomile tea bags 32 ounces (4 cups) hot water 4 tablespoons honey 3 ounces whiskey or bourbon 2 orange slices 3 lemon slices Fresh chamomile flowers (optional) Heat water, pour hot water over tea bags, add honey and bourbon, let steep. Then shake in a shaker and pour over ice cubes. Garnish with citrus slices and chamomile flowers. Make ahead in batches and put in a jar for travel. NOTE: FALL 2016 73
