energy around us, then no matter what
struggles we’re faced with, we’re bound
to learn from them and overcome them
with dignity.
By having a happy outlook in our
lives, we create a healthy mindset
internally. And it is this mindset that
decides each and every day if we will
train smart, eat clean and feel good.
Have a think about it—if you treat your
body like crap, feed it terrible food and
abuse yourself, then you end up making
more bad decisions and generally end
up feeling pretty miserable. But if you
eat nourishing food we were designed
to eat and move your body in a
functional way that you enjoy, you start
to feel good in all aspects of your life.
As you finish reading this article,
I want you to think about two simple
things. First, ask yourself if you already
train hard, eat clean and feel good.
If you do, then awesome! Keep it up.
But if you don’t, work out some ways
you can implement positive changes
into your life. Second, ask yourself if
you’re truly happy. And if you’re not,
understand that the energy we create
around us has a huge part to play in
how we feel. So perhaps start putting
the good stuff out there, and see all the
awesome stuff you get back.
