The VIO Goggles and the Spire have
been two of the most talked about
products in paintball for some time.
Are you happy with the sales and
response since releasing those products?
We’re certainly happy with the sales
and the fact that it’s hard to keep everything in stock. I know some companies get really nitty gritty into ROIs,
WACC, etc. and make a lot of their decisions from a investment standpoint. Obviously, everything we do has to pay for
itself or we won’t be in business long,
but our decisions usually revolve around
what’s best for the player, the brand,
and the product line. So what makes
me happy about the VIO or Spire? It’s
not really the sales, but as a player,
I’m excited by what we’ve done from a
“gear head” perspective. At Virtue we

all really love gear, thinking about what
would be better, what’s the downside
and trade-offs to what’s currently on
the market, what the player needs, and
then actually getting it designed and
produced. That, combined with actually
working with a bunch of great paintball
players, is what we’re really excited
about at Virtue.
