The company originally known as Diablo, who quickly earned a reputation
for making remarkable tournament paintballs used by some of the
most successful teams in the ten-man professional era of paintball like
Avalanche and Image, then expanded into DraXxuS along with their
goggle brand, V-Force, is back after morphing through a phase as GI
Milsim. Richmond Italia and company, otherwise known as GI Sportz,
is clearly entering 2014 hungry for marketshare. This was made clear
thanks to their massive dealer display that was the first thing attendees at the 2014 Paintball Extravaganza had to pass as they entered the
exhibition hall at the show.
Practically the whole company converged on the Hyatt Dulles for the
event, including representatives like Richmond Italia himself, Steve
Rabackoff, Brian Barno, Cyndi Poole, Mike Radgowski, Pat O’Toole,
Greg Pauley, and the rest of the team, there to represent the growing
company who recently purchased legendary industry company Tippmann, who conveniently set up next door with an adjoining display.
Products on display from GI included their successful paint line used by
some of the most successful teams in paintball, their new Pulse RDR
loader featuring an optional onboard chronograph, their VForce line of
Special PBX Edition
