TOURNAMENT Pinokio Speed Though Pinokio did not have a booth at the 2013 PSP World Cup, company manager Jennifer was spotting wandering the event trade show with the final pre-production prototype of the new Pinokio Speed hopper. Born out of the ashes of the F1 concept from several years ago, the Pinokio Speed, according to company representatives, was created with the sole intention of creating the lightest, smallest, fast tournament hopper the company was capable of making. Well-balanced, in fact able to stand up on its own feed neck even when filled with 94 paint, holding around 180 paintballs, able to use existing Exalt feed gates, made from durable nylon instead of polycarbonate to eliminate feed neck breaks and able to be cleaned instantaneously without tools thanks to its quick release nose section, the Speed weighs in at well under one pound with two nine-volt batteries installed. No long “Pinokio” nose section will be offered with the Speed as it is intended to be as light and small as possible, for use by tournament players, the Speed should see the light of day in November 2013!
