Bob, what’s New England Extreme’s history?
NEX is made up of players who all know each
other and that have all played with one another at some point. Some players are newer to
the sport and some are coming back from four
year retirements. Old friends and now new
friends all with the common goal of being a
competitive team in the 2014 season.
What events have you played in as a team
and personally?
I have played NPPL and Coached PSP. Other
players on the team have played in various
national events as well.
Does NEX have any sponsors?
Paintball Wizard from Tewskbury Ma is our
pb sponsor. We have other local sponsors such
as Garside Granite Westford MA, Waynes
World tattoo Hudson NH, Fire House DJ
Campton NH, Title Loans New Hampshire
and Areo Bounce New Hampshire. We also
have a lot of help from Fox4 Paintball, Upton
MA.
What is your favorite event of the year?
World Cup has always been a good time, However in my opinion HB has hands down been
the best event I have been to.
What about the tournament game of paintball could be done better?
I know this is probably over stated but Reffing
is always a HUGE problem. Its not easy to find
good refs that know what they are doing. Its to
easy to just hire someone that plays paintball
and called the “refs.”
What is paintball like in your region?
Paintball in New England is very challenging.
Teams here all strive to compete at the highest level. There are some great teams here and
they are always playing hard.
