importantly , people who are competitive . I like to have people around me who are high-spirited , love paintball as their passion , and want to win . This moral helps me train harder , and makes me player harder because I know how important every event , and every game is to each player on my team .
Last , but not least , thing I do when looking for teammates is understand what does my team need in respect to spots . There are multiple positions on the field . A team owner / captain should know what positions and types of players do they need to become successful . You don ’ t need 5 super-tall , guys to play back center is what I am getting at . I like to have a well-rounded team . I want snake
players , and fast players to follow up those snake players , but I want players who can play multiple positions . When looking for teammates one must understand that players especially in todays time should be able to play back , middle , and front . The game has changed so much and the days of just being spot specific is over .
Most importantly when building a team focus on the overall attitude and vibe the players have with each other , you don ’ t want any negativity going on , and clique building . The team should be one well-rounded team with friendship freely running through the team , and overall team goals priority in every ones eyes .
