we didn’t look into the future enough
to realise there would be other models
using the same ignition system; actually we are the idiots. So now we have
to change the product name to WP40
which will take months and cost a fortune.
The EG18 is our highest spec commercial smoke that is available to the
public at the moment (yes we make
military grade smoke also). It is a high
output smoke that lasts the same duration as the WP40; it’s just slightly
smaller than a coke can and is enough
to cover your entire team.
The MK5 Thunderflash is a distraction
device which gives a noise report only,
plans to bring this to the USA are on
ice at the moment due to our already
big workload with other products. We
do have USA approvals in place for the
Flash Grenade which may make an

Do you make gear for hauling your
smoke grenades? Tell us about that
please.
We have a bunch of tactical pouches, belts and general carry gear and
we’re always trying new things too. All
of our pouches are Molle or belt compatible and are designed to fit exactly
our smoke products. Our most popular product is our Hang Ten Belt which
holds 10 Wire Pull Smokes (WP40) and
can also be used as a bandolier.

We have a bunch of new EG apparel
landing with all of the new branding
and of course there is still a bunch of
the current hoodies and t-shirts out

Anything new on the horizon?
We are opening a new distribution
centre in Nevada as we speak and will
be introducing many different products
over the course of the year. We have
a radical new smoke grenade in the
pipeline that will revolutionise smoke
grenades in paintball, we are currently at the test stage and are trying to
bring it in line with the price band that
is aimed at the end user. We anticipate
to release news on this in the fall of
this year.
As I said earlier our parent company 3rd Light has entered the military
smoke grenade sector as we are stealing design plans and ideas from their
desks when they have gone home,
otherwise the new designs are a closely guarded secret.
