John Amodea: Jim, what’s new at
Enola Gaye? We’ve heard there may
be a name change or logo change
coming. Can you fill us in on that?
Jim Rose: Yeah we’ve had a bit of
a refresh on the old logo, it’s been a
long time in coming, nothing too much
just an update to the existing look.
We are not having a full name change
as we are a globally known brand and
we’re not in the business of commercial suicide just yet. However we are
introducing our name abbreviation
which will eventually be the forefront
to the business, but this transition
will take years. We have always been
known as EG but have never really
pushed it as a name; we will always be
Enola Gaye but the full name will start
to take a back seat on much of our advertising and promo.
What’s your most popular smoke?
It’s difficult to say which is our most
popular smoke, but if we were to go
strictly by sales it would have to be
the Wire Pull Smoke, which was our
first unit that we introduced. This unit
will soon be known as the WP40 as al l

on fields and sells well into rental and

iron out approvals on local and national levels before it is introduced.
