WOMEN IN ENGINEERING
It’s no secret that women face unique obstacles and an uphill
climb to break into many fields traditionally dominated by
men. With that in mind, we approached two of our women
engineers, Charlotte Wan Dean and Taraneh Shoorideh,
to gain some insight into some of the challenges they
encountered during their journey to become engineers.
