Dustin Turner, E-RYT 500, RYT 500, RRT, is the owner of Yoga Studio 72 in Springfield, MO which he created to celebrate and continue the growth of yoga in a environment that is safe for all students. After 13 years of practice Dustin works to integrate the wisdom, philosophy, science and art of yoga into action and guidance for our modern lives.

Amanda Frealy, RYT 200, New to teaching but a long time lover of yoga and sharing that love with anyone and everyone. Amanda brings an energy to her teaching that is enthusiastic about the practice of yoga for her students. No pose is not safe when joy and props are applied.

Mountains rise, so rise up through. Not only the front side, but also the back side. Lift the heart higher creating space across rib cage to allow more room for following movements.

Extend through the lateral sides of the body so that the extension of the pose takes a life of it's own.
