OpenRoad has achieved a Gold Standard designation, named by
Deloitte as one of the Best Managed Companies in Canada for four
consecutive years. The award recognizes Canadian companies that
have implemented world-class business practices and created value
in innovative ways.
OpenRoad first received the award in 2012, and has requalified to
maintain the Best Managed status.
The designation makes OpenRoad the only BC company in its
category to receive the prestigious award four years in a row.

For the fifth time, OpenRoad earns a spot
on the list of Best Employers in Canada,
ranking in the top 25 percent and placing
in the Platinum Employer category.

The 2016 list of Best Employers in Canada
is compiled by Aon Hewitt based on
responses from 625,000 employees across
Canada. Employees at participating firms
are surveyed on engagement, performance
culture, leadership and employment
brand. Aon Hewitt describes employees as
engaged when they speak positively about
their employer to others, are committed to
staying with their current employer, and are
motivated by their leaders and culture to
go above and beyond. On average, 80% of
employees were engaged at Platinum Level
Best employers this year.
