and friend, Chef Michel Jacob, in between
sittings at Vancouver’s venerable Le Crocodile
Restaurant. The result is a special feature
for OpenRoad Driver: a candid revelation
of Chef ’s thirty-plus years at the helm of
Vancouver’s culinary ode to the Alsace region
of France. Chef Jacob reflected on the past
