Imagine walking into a luxury store and
loudly announcing to anyone within earshot,
“Sell me something, God damn it. I’ve got
a hunger to buy and the buffet is open,
let’s eat!”
“Excuse me sir, can I help you (are you
crazy, should I call the police)?”
“You heard right, my consumer demand
is peaking and if I don’t get some retail relief
real soon, it’s gonna blow!”
Not something I’ve done before, but
it would be worth it to see the look on the
sales assistants’ faces as they struggled with
these new rules of retail engagement. You
are going to buy, it’s now just a matter of
what and how much.
It sounds a bit far-fetched, but this
is really what happens when we do our jobs
properly. People want to buy things. Sometimes
