NVCT is participating in a grant funded by the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation to assess progress implementing the regional Green Infrastructure Plan in the George Washington Regional Planning District , which includes Caroline , King George , Spotsylvania , and Stafford counties , and the City of Fredericksburg .
