Immediate Past Captain;
Club Captain;
Vice-Captain;
Secretary;
Treasurer;
PRO;
Golforama;
Andrew Mentis Endowment Fund;
Furtherance of Golf;
and such other functional officers as may be considered desirable. In addition a Member
Club shall be entitled to elect a Junior Vice-Captain.
The Member Club functional officers are required to liaise directly with and take
instruction from their National Executive counterpart on all matters that are of a National
nature and to report these communications to their respective Club executive
committees.
18.3
Term of Office
The Club Captain shall assume office at the conclusion of the annual Gold Cup Meeting
and shall remain in office until the following annual Gold Cup Meeting at which his ViceCaptain shall succeed him.
18.3.1
18.4
The term of office of appointed officers of the National Executive and Club
Committees shall terminate at the end of the appointed year of office.
Election of Office Bearers

At the Annual General Meeting of each Member Club, each Member Club shall
elect a Vice-Captain to succeed the existing Vice-Captain and Member Clubs
shall be entitled but not obliged to elect a Junior Vice-Captain who shall also be
elected at such Annual General Meeting. The Secretary, Treasurer and other
functional Officers shall be appointed to their offices at the invitation of the
Club Captain but in the interests of effective management and continuity 'en
bloc' changes should not be made. In the event of more nominations than
required for Vice-Captain and Junior Vice-Captain being received, elections shall
be based on a weighted preference system
