over time. Some elements were made to the
specifications of the architect, Julian Guthrie,
while others were designed by us.”
The pared-back appeal of these products is
backed by high-tech functionality, says Chant.
“For example, the custom minimalist front
door push plate features an electronic lock and
strike mechanism. Elsewhere, steel doors are
fitted with magnetic locks that avoid protruding
latches until the lock and strike plate are flush.”
