O Captain!

As this issue was being produced,
the world learned the shocking
news about the death of Robin
Williams. As he was to many, he
was an inspiration to me.
As a kid, I first saw him playing
Mork from Ork on Happy Days.
In the decades that followed, he
made me laugh, made me cry, and
inspired me over and over.
His death is a tragedy because
we thought he had beaten his
demons, but we soon learned
about the struggles he was going
through with depression, his
finances, and Parkinson’s.
