Now people will know how to cope with being highly sensitive and empathic in their everyday lives without developing exhaustion , compassion fatigue or burning out . As Judith says , “ Conventional medicine often pathologizes sensitivity but now you will see it as the gift that it truly is .” This book is fabulous and so timely . Everyone needs this book !
