What’s been your biggest surprise at
RBS?
My biggest surprise has been the amount of
responsibility that has been given to me. I thought I
would be coming onto the role and have to watch
people until I was trusted that I could do the role properly. You
also feel really welcomed by people not just in your team, but the
people running the apprenticeship are so supportive and really care
about how you feel about the apprenticeship and if there are any
problems, they will support you to make you feel better about any issues.
Who would be your dream breakfast guest?
My dream breakfast guest would be Michael McIntire because
I know that it would be a good time!
What are you most passionate about in your role?
I am most passionate about making the customers and my
team happy and doing what I need to do in an efficient
amount of time.
What would be your ideal weekend?
My ideal weekend would be going out on Friday to
the cinema to see a good film, Saturday morning
go to the gym then go out for the day
somewhere nice, maybe to a park in
London, or ice skating or something fun and
outdoors. Then go out for a meal in the
evening somewhere unique and
different. Finally on Sunday just have
a chilled movie day at home!
