Believe it or not, the bubbles in chocolate
bars are created by mechanical engineers.

How they do it exactly is a top trade secret, but generally they have to work out
how to mix gases found naturally in the air into the chocolate bar under high
pressure. Once the mixture is dropped into the moulds, the bubbles grow and
the chocolate sets to become the bars we all love.
