LIBRARIES
Martin Stepek, author of four books,
including two on Mindful Living, will
share his experience of what mindfulness
actually is, in contrast to how it is generally
described in the media. Exploring its
benefits, origins, and the depth of
transformation it can bring to individuals,
Martin will also lead a mindfulness practice
so that those attending can gain an actual
experience of what mindfulness can bring
to our daily life. Free.
A BOOK, A BREW AND A BLETHER
Stories are all around us, in books,
newspapers, TV and in everyday
conversations. Stories are a great way
to soothe the soul so come along to a
sunny, relaxed gathering for a braw brew
and a blether, share stories and listen to
others. A great way to rethink, refresh and
rejuvenate your mind.
Hosted by The Village Storytelling Centre.
