Flo
and
songstress,
Ms
Paige
have
teamed
up
to
deliver
a
romantic
dancehall
track,
“CONTROL
ME”.
The
seductive
track
showcases
a
new
dimension
for
the
artist
Richie
Flo,
who
in
2015,
had
chart-‐topping
success
with
his
song,
“Baby”.
The
playful,
yet
suggestive
lyrics
penned
by
Richie
Flo
coupled
with
the
vocal
stylings
of
Ms
Paige,
who
herself
experienced
chart-‐
topping
success
in
2016
with
her
lovers
rock
reggae
track
“Old
School
Love”,
make
for
a
flavourful
collaboration
that
is
sure
to
strike
a
chord
in
the
hearts
of
fans
worldwide
and
have
this
song
on
steady
replay.
Although
the
original
idea
was
written
by
Richie
Flo
in
2015
for
a
riddim
by
London-‐based
producer,
Dj
Kamar,
the
project
halted.
Yet
as
they
say,
everything
happens
for
a
reason!
Richie
Flo
felt
that
the
piano
in
the
riddim
was
nice,
but
in
his
words,
“I
had
to
do
something
sexy
for
the
ladies”.
Connecting
with
Toronto-‐based
producer,
Izaak
Wapachee
of
Contrahype
Productions,
the
production
was
revamped
in
2016.
After
crossing
paths
with
Ms
Paige
at
a
Toronto
industry
event
the
collaboration
was
seemingly,
written
in
the
stars.
With
a
release
date
of
July
1,
2016,
“CONTROL
ME”
is
bound
to
raise
the
temperature
for
the
summer.
